Hi everybody. It’s Christina Daves with this week’s Get Famous Friday PR Tip. This week I want to talk about Twitter lists. Twitter lists are awesome if you’re not familiar with them. You can put anybody into a private list. You can make it public too but you can actually make it private so only you know who they are – whether that’s customers, potential customers, the media.

So what you want to do, when you follow somebody, there’s the three little dots and you click on them and it will say, “add to list” and you create your list. Like I have, “Press List.” I have a “Don’t Unfollow List” to make sure that I keep people that I really want to follow. And then what you do, once a day, three times a week, you know, whatever is convenient to you, you go to that list and it will only show you the tweets from those people. So you can engage with the people that you really want to engage with. Twitter’s a noisy place. But when you narrow it down in those lists, it’s awesome that you can just get to those people that you really want to connect with and engage with or absolutely need to connect with and engage with.

So that is this week’s Get PR Famous, I’m sorry Get Famous Friday PR Tip – that is a mouthful sometimes. So I hope you enjoyed that and if you haven’t joined the PR Challenge yet, please do so at YourPRChallenge.com. It’s 10 days. It’s 10 minutes a day – tops. You will get visibility if you start to implement this. You will get more traffic. You will get more people knowing about your business. So please join the Challenge and I will see you in the group and I’ll see you in the media.
